You're fat. 32 lbs is a LOT of weight to put on in 10 months. What lifestyle changes have taken place during this time? Get out there and move your butt. Take steps now or 5-10 years down the road you will be 300 lbs and in serious trouble.

haha your not fat. You maybe a little overweight but majority of us are. I'm 5'11" and I weigh 215 but I also lift weights and am dieting for the simple face I played college fb and needed the weight! and it does feel weird but if you want to lose it, diet.

You did gain a bit too much weight ver a short period of time. It would be OK if it was evenly distributed because it is not a high weight for your height. You need to watch what you eat and get active.

your weight doesnt sound bad at all. check with your dr for sure to find out what you should do. but i think maybe a little cardio or toning, would be good, but no major weight loss.
just my opinion. hope this helps.

don't worry dude, your'e still young with plenty of time that small amount of fat you do have into even more muscle. trust me it's not that bad ok. my dads 45 and he weighs alittle more than you but he's healthy as a horse.
