Yes you can, easily, happily and without damaging any part of your genitals. I have done so for over 50 years without a problem or pain, while uncircumsized.
But you still need a condom.
Relax and enjoy

About 85% of the men in the world have escaped being circumcised, and most of them have sex.

It is possible that your foreskin has not completely freed itslef from the glans, as sometimes that does not happen until age 18 or even older.

Can you pull back the foreskin to masturbate? If so, you will be fine with sex as well. If you can't pull it back and you are over 18, you might have phimosis. THIS IS NOT A REASON TO BE CIRCUMCISED!

In most parts of the world phimosis (tight foreskin) is very successfully treated without surgery. In the US doctors (often circumcised themselves) like to take the way that is easiest and most profitable FOR THEM. But it's not their dicks being permanently mutilated! The only real medical indications for circumcision are frostbite, cancer, or gangrene in the foreskin area. All three are extremely rare.

Try stretching the skin very gently with your fingers. It's usually easy to do in a warm bath, or else use some baby oil or lotion. Just hook your fingers on two sides of the skin and pull until it just starts to hurt - no more - hold a few seconds, relax, and then repeat. If you do this as often as you can for a couple of weeks, the skin will probably start to loosen. If not, do ask the doctor for some hormone cream to help. If all this sounds slow and tedious, just think of the weeks of pain you are likely to endure after a circumcision!

Take a look at the excellent information at http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis You'll need to scroll past the stuff about babies, but there are a lot of good links. Good luck - and don't let anybody chop off your foreskin! Get a second - even a third - opinion before you let anyone near your penis with anything sharp! In all likelihood you are fine just the way you are, especially if you have no trouble masturbating.

Of course you can have sex. Every baby boy that's been born is not circumcised. There are some religions that do have their sons circumcised, like the Jewish religion for example. But as long as you can move your foreskin back and fo, which is called masturbation, and you have no pain. You will manage to have sexual intercourse without no trouble at all. Try to masturbate when your alone in bed and you will notice immediately if it feels right. If you do have pain , go to your doctor and he will examine you and maybe you may have to have to be circumcised. But it's a rare thing, I don't want to worry you. I have been with my partner for 10 years and his penis looks like it's attached to the penis with skin , but I assure you it is normal , and his works fine, and he has no pain at all. Explore your penis , you should be fine. One tip get some tissues ready as you will need some!!!! Happy exploring, it will hopefully be fun for you. Even better if your girlfriend can help you , that's if you got one at the mo. My son when he was a baby the midwife told me to pull his foeskin back while I bathed him , so your mother would of most probably been told to do the same for you when you were a baby, and she would of picked up on it , and sorted any urgent treatment you would of needed at that age. But saying that my nephew was the age of about 7yrs old, when for some reason he was in pain while trying to pull his forskin back, so he had to be cicumcised, his mother said he was fine after his op , best of luck with everything. And dont forget to explore your penis, ok . byeee x x x x x

Sounds like you may have a tight frenulum and perhaps a tight foreskin opening too. You don't need circumcision but you should try stretching. See the link below to my instructions.

Well ya obviously you can still have sex, but it would be agood idea to get circumcised. Studies have shown that it prevents against STDs and urinary infections. It is also a lot cleaner and no filth collects underneith. Most people think that it looks nicer also. So be smart get circumcised.

Yes you can have sex if you are not circumcised. When the penis gets an erection the skin pulls back on It's own. Don't forget to protect yourself.
