i get paranoid about two main things:
1) i'm sooo convinced that my ex (i'm bi), whom i haven't seen or talked to for two years is on the hunt for me. i feel like whenever friends call me, they are tapping my conversation and letting him hear it or recording it for him to hear it later. this has caused me to not wanna go into town, so i do my shopping and errands in a town 45 minutes away from mine. even little things, like gas. i'm just sooo convinced people are on his side and he's watching me and will pop out and attack me one day.
2) my school and work. for some reason i feel like my classmates and the staff are in on something i don't know about. when they conversate in front of me, i look for hidden meanings in their talk and i'm so convinced it's about me. i feel like everyone hates me and they all talk badly of me behind my back.
what kind of mental illness could this be? i have anxiety and panic attacks too.

i have something in the inside of my mouth, i dont know what it is..
on the inside it looks swollen, and its red, like its about to bleed, but on the outside it looks fine. when i touch it, like put one finger on the outside of my mouth where it is, and one finger on the inside where it is, if i squeeze it feels like theres a little ball in there,..what is it? my mom says its a cold sore, but shes a little "cuckoo" lol just wanna make sure..? any ideas?

Hey everyone!!! I really wanna lose weight, quick and easy. I was on Trimspa for a while without excercise and I was gaining weight...I stopped taking it. I just started to go to the gym 4 times a week...I haven't been losing weight but I did notice a little bit that I lost a couple inches.. Do you think by taking Trimspa now that I'm excercising, it will make me lose weight faster? Does anyone else have any ideas on how I can begin to lose weight...summer is coming, and I'm not very patient.

I ask to lose weight and ppl sy eat healthy excercise blah blah blah.
I am in track and besides that lift weights once in a while to stay toned.
I dont eat anything besides raw veggies and fruits and whole grains [im a pescetarian...i only eat low cal fish]
but i make sure i eat enough in a day to et my calories.
i dont drink pop. or diet pop. mostly water. and green tea.
I dont eat fast food, and i dont fry anything.

so stop telling me all that
what else can i do to lose ewight
becuase i'm 5'1 and 126 lbs. which is considered overweight. just barely but still. i wanna be healthy.
or healthier.
what can i do?

ok i have this retainer called a biobloc. it locks my upper and lower jaws together (its removable) and its suppoused to help close my open bite. my orthodontist recently bent a few wires into a "fence" to test the theory that my tounge was keeping my bite open. that was about 4 weeks ago. but this weekend my tounge started to get really sore on the very tip. whenever it bumped one of the wires a huge pain would shoot through my mouth. i tried to find another spot to rest my tounge, like the back of my teeth as the ortho told me to... but theres wires behind my teeth and it still hurts. ive left my retainer out for 2 days but the pain isint easing... it still hurts SOOOO much and its painful to eat and to talk. can someone please suggest something that can help ease my pain??? PLEASE ITS DRIVING MY CRAZY!!! I BEG YOU PLEASE HELP ME

She is almost 2, she went to the beach Saturday (April 21), sunscreen was used on her, (but it had been used on her before). She is teething currently, her molars, or incisors what ever they are called are coming in, she has not eating anything new, nor has new laundry detergent or anything like that. It is moving towards her stomach and chest. As you can see it is across her back. Some of the spots you can feel on her back (raised bumps), the rest feel smooth, her temperature is normal. The rash appeared around 6pm today (April 23)

**extra** Don't answer this question with a "take her to the doctor" I know this, I am not the mother, she is my niece and she is being dealt with, I want an answer of what it is, NOT what I should do... Thank you,

During the day even when I don't eat, I feel pains, like dull feeling pains in the gall bladder area and the right side upper part of my abdomen. I have heard that usualy it is just one time a big sharp piercing pain that usually occurs, anyone have any insight?
