Anytime a condom comes off while still in the vagina, there is a chance of pregnancy. Id doens't matter what the condom contains. It isn't due to ineffectiveness on the part of the condom, it is due to the fact that sperm can leak out of the open end of the condom! They are fast little swimmers and if there is an opening from which to escape, they often find it.
