i am 10 and 178 pounds i know fat i want to loose weight in like less than 4 weeks i have a habbit with sugar after i eat i lay down in my bed and go to sleep i have a habbit wat can i do to get slim for my looks

why is it that people with AIDS are alienated and left out when you must come in special contact with them to recieve the disease? what is the difference from being around someone with mono or an STD for example?

I have just taken this, but it being in the class of benzo's the affect is very much like xanax, Valium and those types of drugs. so why is its primary function a sleep aid when it feels like any other benzoiazepine? What is the difference?

i am VERY short, under 5 feet and everyone is saying that when your period comes you will stop growing, well i havn`t gotten mine yet but it is coming soon because i get discharge and i have all these signs of my period coming. i dont want to b 4 ft. 8 inches for the rest of my life, i do tons of excersize and eat healthy but im not growing!! is there any way for me to grow faster? and before my period comes??

hello my cousin sprained her ankle while going down some stairs this morning and she said that she was going down at a normal speed all of a sudden her left ankle gave out and she went down on the bottom stairs. She's been in pain all day and well she's going to wait until she gets it checked out at least 24hrs my question to anyone is well im taking natural herbs for illnesses or injuries and im getting my cousin to start them too what kind of natural herb should she use for a possible sprained ankle? I gave her some espon salt temporarily until she gets checked out and she took some motrin for the pain

I had a root canal done in April of 2004, the dentist informed me that he overfilled the root but the material would be absorbed by my body. Then in May he put on the permanent crown even though I complained of constant pain from the root canal. I was told it would take time, be patient. I was in pain constantly and had several xrays and was told to wait. Finally in November I called his office and demanded the tooth be pulled. I was finally referred to an endondontist who did an apicoectomy and told me that I had an abcess that had eaten quite a bit of bone and that was why so much pain. I January I was still in pain and could not get either dentist to do anything , finally in May the endodontist did a retreat and found an unfilled canal. It is April 2007 and I am still in pain and getting pus out of the gum above that tooth. My new dentist says there is nothing wrong and that I need to live with the pain. I want the tooth pulled but can't get it done without a referral. Help

The later in life a child is allowed to be obese, the more likely they will be an obese adult. For example, 80% of obese adolescents are obese adults. This puts them at amazingly high risk for diabetes, heart disease, liver dysfunction, to name a few disorders. As parents are the nutritional providers for their children and as their mis-management may be a death sentence for their offspring in 30- 40 years, would you say this is child abuse? Would you recommend separating the child from the home (like other abused children)? Why or why not?

Sometimes when i stand up, after sitting calmly without doing anything, after i stand up, i can feel my heart pumping blood into my head really fast, and my head is throbbing with the heart beats, and about 10 seconds later, i have a headache. Is there something wrong with that? or is it a normal thing?
Also when i climb up stairs, when i reach the end, i can feel it in my neck, and i begin to breathe very very rapdily, but i have tried going very slow on the stairs, and it had the same effect.

Ok I have a very bad back from falling off a roof years ago. I have had lots of sugery and have been on hydrocodne for a couple of years. I take 20mgs every 4 to 6 hours and now it isn't working all that well. Today doc wants to switch me to ms contin 15mgs and i am scared of this. Will I have withdrawl symtoms and will this 15 mgs be enough to control the pain. How does the morphin compair the the hydro mg to mg? Any answers are very much appricated! Thanks in advance!!!
