Tell her and tell her soon.
You risk infecting her and any children that you have, as well as any future pregnancies. Not disclosing your status is a legal issue as well.
How you became infected is your business. You now though have an obligation legally to tell anyone that you have sex with that you now have a POS status.
Delaying the conversation only puts you at risk of possibly being charged criminally.
I would encourage you to speak to a counsellor and perhaps the two of you could speak to your wife together.

I feel for you.
She is your wife, for better or for worse, right?
You must tell her right away, i would suggest that you do it in the privacy of your own home and maybe you could have one of her close friends near by in case she needs sme extra support.
She is going to get angry, that will be the first reaction, and wanting to know how it has happened, ie have you been unfaithful? and put herlife at risk possibly?

I think it would be smart to tell her as soon as possible don't want to spread it to her and if you know how you got it I would start with that story and after say in which I contracted HIV. then say so in order to keep you protected I have to use a condom. and Please encourage her to be tested also.

There's no easy way.
Just tell her.
The aftermath is what will define your character.
