i am 10 and 178 pounds i know fat i want to loose weight in like less than 4 weeks i have a habbit with sugar after i eat i lay down in my bed and go to sleep i have a habbit wat can i do to get slim for my looks

Eat Fruit, vegetables, no soda, no juice.

Give up sugar and anything with sugar in it and give up anything with a high salt content. (Like potato chips and junk like that.) Just by getting these things out of your daily dietary routine, you will be surprised how much weight you will lose. But you need to be aware that the fat won't dissolve overnight. You will not go from fat to thin in 4 weeks. Your weight loss must be gradual and consistent. You need to walk for at least a half hour every day. 178 is too much for a ten year old to weigh. exercise, dont eat late. if you have to, eat something like a bowl of cereal. dont skip breakfast. portions are supposed to be no larger than the size of your fist. eat less breads and sweets and more vegetables, not a lot of fruits. ive heard that grapefruit and spicy foods will help make your metabolism faster. last but not least, drink a lot of water.

first tell one of your parents of your plan. Ask them for a doctor's appointment so the doctor can oversee your diet and progress so you won't get sick. I highly recommend Weight Watchers. xoxoxoxoxox to you too and good luck.
