I've never hear of such a thing but wouldn't consider it impossible. Typically foods or ingested substances can cause diarrhea if you are allergic. It would be extremely unusual to have GI symptoms to external stimuli like a mosquito bite. I would look for another cause of diarrhea before blaming mosquitoes. Good luck!

Perhaps. My cousin was allergic to mosquitoes. They would make her vomit.
