You may want to really track it down and figure it all out before jumping to a conclusion. Regardless you will want lots of mesquites to keep them off, and look into safe alternatives because you will be using lots of it.

I've never hear of such a thing but wouldn't consider it impossible. Typically foods or ingested substances can cause diarrhea if you are allergic. It would be extremely unusual to have GI symptoms to external stimuli like a mosquito bite. I would look for another cause of diarrhea before blaming mosquitoes. Good luck!

Perhaps. My cousin was allergic to mosquitoes. They would make her vomit.
