LISA,
WITH IMMEDIATE DENTURES THESE CAN BE MADE BEFORE YOUR TEETH GET PULLED. THE DENTIST PUTS THESE IN RIGHT AFTER YOUR TEETH ARE PULLED. SO, YOU GET A NICE SMILE WHEN YOUR TEETH ARE PULLED. THE HEALING IS FASTER AND BETTER WITH IMMEEDIATE DENTURES THAN WITH HAVING TO WAIT FOR 30 DAYS W/O ANY TEETH.

Many places will place an immediate denture right after the extraction so you have something there. Its a temporary denture, and after about 6 months, they will take impressions again to make you a permanent denture when your gums are back to normal.

rebelady28379 is right. you get much better fitting dentures by waiting 30 days or more. There are some that rush things and get dentures way too soon and they get a poor fitting set of dentures, and a sore mouth..

don't comprehend why you ought to attend 3 weeks...or greater. while my husband's dentures have been executed, the dentures have been waiting to bypass and inserted right this moment after the extractions.
