I am trying not to snack so much on chocolate and junk food because I know it will catch up with me one day. I need foods that can last up to 6 hours that don't need to be refrigerated. Thanks.

raisins, snack size puddings, trail mix from Walmart [good!], graham crackers, sunflower seeds, grape;s, apples, oranges.
