Hey everyone!!! I really wanna lose weight, quick and easy. I was on Trimspa for a while without excercise and I was gaining weight...I stopped taking it. I just started to go to the gym 4 times a week...I haven't been losing weight but I did notice a little bit that I lost a couple inches.. Do you think by taking Trimspa now that I'm excercising, it will make me lose weight faster? Does anyone else have any ideas on how I can begin to lose weight...summer is coming, and I'm not very patient.

Cut your caloric intake. Since December i've lost 11 pounds. I went to the gym 3 days a week and had two hour tennis practices every weekday though.

You want to cut about 500 calories a day, for example, 200 of eating, and 300 from exercise, or any other combination that you want. Also, try varying your workout, don't just do all cardio or all weight training. Try and do a half hour of cardio and a half hour of weight training, or do cardio one day and weight training another. That way, you'll get toned up and shed pounds.

In combination with Trimspa, I bet you'll lose what you need to.

Also, there are a couple of people suggesting a cleanse. I did the Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. I lost about 8 pounds, but I put it back on afterwards. Cleanses are a good thing if you plan on really watching your intake afterwards, but I found that very difficult because you're away from the foods that you like for such a long time. If you do want to do a cleanse, I would really suggest The Master Cleanser, it helps you lost weight, plus cleanses out the toxins in your body.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

see one thing that when you wake up early morning take a water with honey and lemon . definetly with in a month you can loose weight.
1. take a glass of semi hot water
2. add lemon juice to that water
3. add one tea spoon of honey
4. mix it and drink.

for the first time if you drink you got a feeling that you are drinking one type of poision. please drink reglaurly.
