I am 14 years old and I weigh about 145lbs, but I'm also about 5'6". My legs and arms are thin, it's just my waist, it's like I have a tire around it . How can I burn off an inch or two in the next 2 months ? I've tried so many diets, but I can never stick to them . And running isn't my strong point, but I'm starting to run twice a week . Any easy diets for younger girls or easy at-home exercises? THANK YOU !
