find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

c. Ignore diets - you will probably put the weight back on. Make a lifestyle change instead.
d. Free day - throw away your diet and exercise for 1 day. It will help with the starvation mechanisms.
2. Exercise:

Count your calories. Exercise. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, lower your fat intake. If you are going to opt for juices, I recommend making them yourself. Use raw vegetables and blend them together in a juicer... creating your own V8 shake without the unnecessary sodium!

low salt, low calorie, if your not exercising you have to not eat as much to loose weight. and i dont mean just eat 1 pack of twinkies instead of 2. i mean instead of twinkies, eat an apple, or drink a whey shake. exercising is the best way to loose weight tho. and those 40 dollar juices that promise weight loss... i dont know, yea you probably loose weight. but you still dont have any muscle so your not going to be toned at all.
go exersise!!

go to:

www.mypyramid.gov and look at the nutritional guidelines. You can plug in your personal information and they will tell you how many calories you should have everyday as well as the proper foods to eat.

Good luck
