Hi people !!!!
I am 23 M, and i weigh around 222 pounds, (101 Kilograms) is that over weight ? My height is around 180 Cms (6 feet) !!! I sometimes feel that i am too bulky and i do a lot of workouts to reduce it, but my weight never goes down !! i have stopped eating butter , cheese !! i have become a vegetarian and a vegan too !!! what else can i do to reduce my weight ?
Some say drinking lots of water reduces the weight !!

I jog around 3-4 miles a day !!! and also go to the office by walk instead of my car !! its half a mile from my appt !!!
Do ladies hate talking with over-weight men ? Am i into the over weight category ?
Please give some healthy diet chart !!! Or people who have experienced similar situations , please help me out !!!
As per a website, i should weigh around 170 but i am 220 !!!
Can anyone suggest me some healthy workouts !!!
