find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I keep seeing questions like this on here and I understand why, Losing weight is hard work and there are som many conflicting theories and so much to learn to get it to really work.
My advice is to invest on seeing a dietician, they will help you to construct a structured eating plan and assist you to learn more about food so that you can maintain your weight loss yourself. Before going to see one keep a food diary and write down everything that you eat and any exercise that you do for a week or two. Include everything including all fluids and all snacks, even one sultana, also record the time that you ate it. This is what they'll tell you to do the first time you see them so do it in advance and save some cash. Even just writting things down may make you think twice about what you're eating and/or show you where you're main weak areas are.
I know that you may think that it will be expensive to see a dietician, but there is nothing better to invest in then your health, you only get one life make the most of it :-)

Here it is:
1) eat 6-7 times a day, each time around 275-300 calories (you'll speed your metabolism up)
2) eat LEAN proteins (that will take your cravings away and produce more heat):
You need to eat
a) SKIM dairy (excellent source of both high value proteins and calcium, which you need to keep your body LEAN)
b) lean meats: chicken turkey fish and game
c) nuts soy tofu and oily fish (protein sources that also are sources of essential fatty acids which your body need to survive!)
d) other sources of proteins: beans and legumes
3) choose organic food preferably (has a higher content of essential fats, which keep you lean! Also, it has no preservatives, which will keep you lean as well)
4) drink at least 2 lt (1 gallon) of water a day (help melt the fat) and green tea (help burn fat)
5) use sweeteners rather than simple sugar
6) use whole organic cereals, oat, grains
7) take protein powders (whey after exercise and milk before sleeping) to enhance your muscular mass
Please remember that different body types react in different ways to low carbs vs low fat... for example, for ectomorphs low carbs is a BIG no no... for endomorphs, low fat is a big no no, so do things accordingly.

Its not what to eat to loose weight, But to eat properly. Eating 1-2 big meals is not as good at 3-4 little meals a day. Lots of fresh products, salads, fruits. and fish is also really good, Drink lots of water instead of sugary sodas. Carbs can be good to, but they take 24h for you body to start to use them. If eat lots, then remeber to do something with them if they are in your body. So walk lots, and do think to slowly change your lifestyle, anything to drastic may result may not be good for you.

I would eat more fruits and veggies, some lean meats such as fish, skinless chicken and/or turkey (white meat suggested), low/non fat dairy. Also drink more water. Another suggestion is to cut back on the fried, fatty foods.
Good Luck!

Dust or Celery.
Apparantly celery has negative calories, meaning you burn more calories eating it then there is in the actual celery.
