Everyone has a different opinion of what the right weight is. You have to find out what the right weight is for you. Muscles do weigh more then fat so if you have a muscular build you are going to be heavier. But also ethnicity also plays a role. Some races have heavier bones and that's a fact. I was in the military and when the company got weighed majority of the minority women had to get taped because although they looked fit they weighed more then what the charts said they should weigh. But keep drinking alot of water and becoming a vegetarian isn't the answer unless you are making up for that loss protein some other way. And do not stress, stress can also play a role in weight loss.

Some women dig bigger men. I have a co worker that only dates bigger guys. But finding the right girl is about finding one who likes you for who you are.

Right now I am trying to cut down on muscle and I was told that instead of running long distances I should do sprints. Start off running for fifteen seconds at ninety percent of my full speed and then jog for thirty and do that until I am completely exhausted and that helps cut fat and muscles alot more effectively then running threes miles a day. Try that for a couple weeks and see if it helps.

Dont forget, in mass terms, muscle weights a lot more than fat.

This can be a big stumbling block for many who exercise but dont know it, as they appear to be keeping weight and/or putting on.

It has to be careful though that all weight gain isn't accounted for this.

If you work out and jog a lot, sounds like you've cut a lot of fats out of your diet...

Try monitoring your calorie intake compared to the amount you exert through exercise.

My rough maths tells me that you weight 16 stone, at 6' tall a lot is dependant on your natural physique... ie. how broad your shoulders are.

I honestly think for people that work out regularly and eat decently that the bmi calculator is just totally wrong. If you look at any the Hollywood actor who gets cut to look good for a role like the actors in 300 you'd find that they are all overweight according to the bmi calculator. What I have learned about getting in shape and losing weight is that it actually doesnt matter what your weight is. Ignore the scales and look in the mirror.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The item boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back for seconds. But hang on! Stop for any minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will certainly put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.
