If you are very overweight losing weight will help.

If you are not very overweight and just need to lose a little bit of pounds, losing weight may not help. It all depends on how much dense breast tissue versus fatty tissue you have in your breasts.

(I've worked out and lost weight but none in my breasts. I've known some who work out and lose a cup or two, and I know some that GAIN a cup or two)

Other than that surgery will be the only way to go.

Breasts consist mainly of fatty tissue, therefore exercise and dieting may reduce the size of breasts. you may also wear a sports bra to strap down your breasts and make them appear smaller. Other than that there is no other way. there are no medicines that reduce the size of breasts. You may of course opt for a surgical procedure called a reduction mammoplasty.

Well when you get older you lose breast muscle and they become thinner and you can put them in a bra and they sem smaller because they are lighter. if this is not the case buy a bra with an underwire they make the breast appear smaller. You gotta keep those puppies in a cage. LOL!
