I have that problem, but it is not usually accompanied by nausea. The only time I have that problem is if I eat corn tortilla chips. I try to drink a lot of water if I am having acid reflux problems; because, water has a soothing feeling when it is going down. I don't know what else to tell you; normally all you can do is wait for the effects of the reflux to wear off. You can take ant acid, but the discomfort from the damage that has been done will just take time to heal.

Oh yes! Before eating after eating, empty or full.

Sometimes my throat will start to burn, my mouth waters and I start to cough and then vomit.

I find that lemon juice in my water helps. I know this does not make any sense, but it helps.

Stopping wheat and yeast products. Helps.

Eat yogurt and taking acidophiles pills is helping also.I feel that our PH being out of balance is a contributing factor.

Avoiding too many sugars is good since they feed the yeast infection.

All of this has to do with taking to many medications that kill off the healthy bacteria and cause yeast infections to really take over your body.

We drink cranberry concentrate water every day (this flushes your kidneys) and a small glass of prune juice every day (this keeps your digestive system moving).

Just remember from top to bottom is our digestive system and the acid reflux is just in the top half. Keep it movin', movin', movin'.

Good Luck with this annoying problem.
