Hello i m 34 year old man with diabetes (although it is under control <6, my problem is that if i do intercourse with my wife, then there will be no stamina / wish to do again for complete next week,,,may b after 6, 7 days there will be an urge to do again intercourse...while i m new married, offcourse my wife required more sessions...my question.... is there any way (by food or even bu medicine) to increase the intercourse frequency. plz share ur views..

i am 22 years old,and im deciding i want to join the navy.been thinking about it for almost 3 months now.but theres something stoping me from joining....well my question is i have a minor asthma,,when ever i sleep i always wake up in the middle of the night,,,but its not really bad..would they do a waiver of some sort?or kick me out if they find out?but i can control it when im doin exercise's..and what is the score to pass the navy asvab,,i keep getting answer like 35,31,or 40..or would the navy help me with my minor asthma?

I have gained too much weight..and I admit that I ate bad junky foods...and now I even get some back aches..and I am now "unthrilled" with this weight problems...I hate it!! I know that I tend to get a "big tummy" more...because much of my
"stress" goes straight to that particular area! But, I need to know, if there are any places online that could advise me on gentle excercises..and also which foods, help to lose better, and which foods, to eat a whole lot less of!?
I am also a type two diabetic...and have to be better with my foods,and very careful.....I used to be "regular weight" for my 5"3 size, but, now I am what doctors and others would consider "obese" (I may not look like it , to some people...but, to put it another way...I look like I am pregnant, with one! )Just not healthy at all, for me! Feels terrible as well!
What can I look into , and be safe at the same time...?Any web sites, support groups online?

I've never been able to quit for an extended period of time. I don't like being dependent on any sort of drug, even if it's "just" caffeine. Otherwise, I'm really healthy - eat well, drink lots of water, exercise, and all that.

I have this problem of have songs repeating my head when I got to sleep, or try to go to sleep is more like it. It only happens when I turn off the light and lay down and try to sleep. I used to be able to think of something else long enough to let me go to sleep, but now it's gotten so bad that I'm up for hours at a time with a song just playing over and over in my head. Nothing i've tried has worked and i'm getting annoyed by it. Does anyone have any advice?

My wife and I just had a boy. And were talking about having him circumcised. We are both wondering what an uncircumcised penis looks like in an adult.
