i am 15 years old, not very active (walking about 2-3 times a week) i go to school and im all over the place because there are about 4 different buildings. I weight 160 pounds(last time i checked i did) and i am 5'5, i have a fair bit of pudge around my legs, arms, and tummy(maybe my chin too, turns into a double when i smile and dip my head down). i need a few things that i could do daily or that im already doing that will help me burn more than 1400 calories since im on a 1400 calorie a day diet. I need to burn more than i intake right? So, what are some other ways to burn more than 1400 calories a day? (BTW:i have a jumprope and i live in a large neighborhood, i just need to know exact numbers on how much i am losing.) Please help me figure this out!!
