It might be a good idea for you to keep a journal of what happens when you get a headache. It might say if you were really stressed, what you had to eat or drink, etc. This will help you recognize a pattern. It seems likely that the aspartame is the cause; however keeping a journal may make you aware of another link to your headaches. Also, a journal would be extremely helpful to a doctor if you see one for this problem later on.

There isn't any way to prevent from ever having a headache again (it would be nice though)! But take some Excedrin Tension headache medicine before you go to bed. Also, it could very well be allergies that are making you hurt. If the headache medicine doesn't help then take some allergy medicine. That will help! Good Luck!

Look aspartame up on the internet and you may not like what you fine, I know I didn't. It's used in many of the diet drinks we consume everyday thinking we are doing our bodies good and in fact it is highly toxic. Could very well cause you headaches and much much more Not to mention the caffeine certain drinks contain. Nicotine is another thing to stay away fron if you get frequent headaches...condtricts the blood vessels much like caffeine does...hope that helps a bit....but do look up aspertame...

Air out your pillow, so any dust or microscopic bugs dont go into your nostrils while you sleep that can cause these headaches. It's a suprisingly common cause.
Also, I'd do dome research about migranes to make sure thats what you're problem is to begin with.
I don't know anything about the aspartame, sorry.

Yes it can.
I won't guarantee that this will help- but avoid excess sugar and aspartame, and drink plenty of water. A lot of headaches are from insufficient liquid. Also, try not to get overheated. I'm one of those people that likes to be warm, but if I get too warm I will get a headache.
Another thing to look at is carbon monoxide: That, too, can cause headaches.
Good luck!

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
