I just got a Diva cup and am having a hard time figuring out how to insert it correctly.
I have tried to follow the instructions, but even after I have inserted the cup, it won't completely pop open, like the "u" won't completely unroll (the insides of the cup kind of stick together, like suction). Will it pop open on its own after it's been in there for a while? Or is it supposed to pop open right from the start?
Does anyone have any tips/advice??

I use the origami fold and rarely have a problem getting it to pop open.

Also, you may need a bit of lubricant when you're first getting used to putting it in.

I've never used this product but wanted to suggest that you could try asking your pharmacist too to see if they know. Also, call your dr to let them know that you are having trouble and could you pls get a clarification on how to use this correctly.
