These irritating little blistery things keep showing up on my hands. First, it was a little bunch of like, 10 on the inside of my thumb, now they show up 1 or 2 at a time wherever they want. They're sort of under the surface, they're a little hard, and sometimes a bit tender when I poke them. What is it? It's kind of weird.

I've recently begun looking into diet pills. I would like to lose between 15 and 20 pounds by summer, if at all possible. I read a few responses on websites about Hoodia 10-day and many of the people that tried it said that they had remarkable results. I'm hoping my trusty Yahoo! users can help me out here.. any suggestions?

During the summer I have to get oral surgery resulting in my mouth being wired shut for atleast a month which also means I can't eat normal food and I am on a strictly liquid diet for that time. Does anyone know if birth control is still effective if I grind it up and say put it in some water or something so I can still take it?

I have to give a speech in class but my nerves often get to me and I can't help speaking very rapidly. I was thinking about using some substance to help me relax. Just a very small amount. Has anyone has success using this tactic before giving a speech?

Whenever I lie on my bed, this strange fluttering feeling grows in my leg. The rate of "fluttering" is the same as my heart, like part of my heart is in my leg. What is it?

I don't want any kind of lectures, people take diet pills, and laxatives and I believe its just as bad.
So will I lose weight like this? I've been eating 400-800 cals a day and losing weight but I changed my plan a bit.

Breakfast- Apple 80cals
Snack- Strawberry 9 cals
Lunch- V8 30 cals
Snack- Strawberry 9 cals
Dinner- rice/pasta/chicken 100-400 cals
Dessert- skinny cow popscicle 50 cals

I know dinner seems ridiculous compared to everything else but I can't lower that.
I know many of you are going to call me a frickin idiot but you know what it doesnt bother me ;)
Also I beleive it will help me lose weight, it keeps my metabolism going right?
Don't tell me "starving" myself only makes me fatter, ive tried it and it works...

Every time i have to give blood for a test or something (which is often now that i am pregnant) , i bruise almost immediately and it's a big bruise that lasts for over a week. Initially i thought maybe the nurse i had was just too rough with me but this last time i hardly felt pain at all and she was able to get it on the first try but within an hour i was black and blue. I know i know, ask my doctor, and of course i will but i wanted to know if anyone else experiences this or knows what the cause could be. Anemia maybe? i have been taking my prenatal vitamins so i didnt think it would be due to an iron deficiency. My veins are very small and difficult to find, which i let them know right away and they usually take from the same vein because it is the only one that cooperates. Does anyone know what could be causing this and if i should be concerned? i would have them use a different vein but then they have to try 3 or 4 times to get it going and that most definitely bruises.
