I found an excellent web site that has very detailed information going back thousands of years as to why marijuana helps pain and other medical problems.

the only reason why some doctors would percribe u marijuana for like cancer or aids is it helps with the pain and relaxes you and maybe (this is just a guess) helps you gain weight cause u loose tons of wieght after cancer that it will get you to eat (gives you the munchies)

It works a s an antiemetic (stops you pukin) and also can be used to stimulate appetite
the legal for im synthetic and Is called Marinol (can be looked up in the PDR)

it is the THC in the drug that relieves pain, and nausea.Sometimes your doctor will write a scrip for marijuana and you can fill it at any drugstore,and be legal.
