Im 14 and around 5'8 and weight 135 pounds and want to be around 120 before summer and don't have time to eat 5-6 meals in a day... are there any exercies that can help me lose weight mainly from my stomach and thighs?

those meals dont have to be big - it can be a cereal bar, apple, banana, toast, yogurt etc for snacks and have 3 meals but not as big.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You cannot target where you will lose weight first. Sadly women tend to lose from the stomach and thighs last. Don't starve yourself because that will only put your body in starvation mode and it will retain as many fat cells as possible. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugars and carbs as much as possible. Eat lots of whole foods (no frozen, canned, prepared foods). Eat a healthy breakfast (not sugary cereal) to jumpstar your metabolism each day. Exercise! Walk, jog, dance, etc. The goal should be to lose weight in a healthy way and not to "crash diet." BTW, at 5'8" you already seem at a good weight. Stay healthy!

Make sure you get your proper nutrition... do not starve yourself!

Try leg-lifts and crunches.
And WALK!
Walk as much as you can.
EVERYWHERE!
