about yahoo! answers?

have you ever thought yahoo! answers is a good way to be noticed? a feeling like at least someone cares about what your thinking?

I think this is what makes it so addictive.

Bear in mind that its an internet way of getting noticed, much like other internet ways it allows for a lot of denial and then there are a bunch of wierd people out here.

It's got good points and bad points, but so has everything else.

I'm not sure it's a good way to be noticed, more it's a way to gain the advice, help or support you might need, when you need it. I also think it's a great way of linking with people and getting to know how other people feel. For anyone who is down or lonely, I'm sure they will find some emotional support from yahoo answers even if it is all anonymous. It is, I agree, as if someone else does really care.

Sure, I agree. There's plenty of people out there who care about you and me. There's always someone out there who will lend an ear or simply just be there to listen and offer a shoulder for you to unload on!! Yahoo answers is great for that. There's loads of really cool people on here also who come on line regularly and swap ideas and opinions on a lot of different topics. I usually answer questions in the alternative health but recently I've had a bit of down time and jus played the fool a bit on polls and surveys!! The guys and gals in there are pretty laid back and pretty much put up with a load of rubbish from a huge cross section of society ........... give it a look in, have some fun!! ...........:0)
