My wife and I just had a boy. And were talking about having him circumcised. We are both wondering what an uncircumcised penis looks like in an adult. I tried searching the web to and everything that came up was porn. I am not interested in that, just a site that shows the difference in a professional manner. Hope thats not too weird, just trying to do a little research.

I would recommend the intactivism site. A lot of his images came from porn but the site itself is not pornographic, if that makes any sense. Jorge's Govteen site is good too but they are illustrations rather than real pictures.
I would like to put in a plea to save your son from this unnecessary surgery too. Are you aware that in the USA, the only western nation still doing this to about half its newborn males, they don't generally use any effective pain control? It's hard to believe but it's true.
Also it is not well known that nearly all males use what foreskin they have left to masturbate with. An intact male can stroke the entire length of his erect penis using the gliding action of his foreskin as it slides on itself. Circumcised males still masturbate, in fact slightly more often than intact males but they can only stroke a portion of the length of their penis with what loose skin they have. Many guys are cut so tight that they have to use lube or do it dry. An intact guy has all these options as well and the foreskin's gliding action also acts like lube on entry and during intercourse.
A foreskin is about half the skin of the penis, about 15 square inches (40 square centimetres) in an adult and that skin is packed with nerves and special anatomical structures. In fact a very recent study shows that the most sensitive parts of the penis are removed by circumcision.
Medical authorities throughout the world now say that the risks of the procedure (a few babies even die each year) outweigh the much-debated benefits.

GeoffB is right. And just to let you know, an uncircumcised penis isn't hard to take care of. Talk to your doctor and he will teach you if you need help. Essentally, it will vary from person to person. Everyone is different.
And if there are any concerns with the way he looks, I should metion that the percentage of circumcised men is going down in the US. The rate is around 50%. So, he'll be less likely to look different. And then again, he might want to be different from other boys.
And remember, good ethics and teaching proper maintainence is the key to raising your children.

While you're thinking about it, leave it alone :)

If he stays uncircumcised, the skin is attached to the head of the penis and should NOT be retracted until it can do so easily, which will be quite a few years.

Before you decide, please watch the video at http://www.cirp.org/library/procedure/plastibell/

When an intact man has an erection, the foreskin slides back, and he looks pretty much the same as a circumcised man. But when the penis is not erect, the foreskin provides a lot of protection for the glans (head) and keeps it from getting calloused. Most intact men get a huge amount of pleasure from their foreskins, and many cut men are very bitter that their parents made this irreversible decision for them. Please don't do it!
