You have a "problem" that most people of ANY age- WISH they had. AND- you're going to find it JUST as difficult to gain the weight, as WE do to lose it. Listen; if you're HEALTHY- stop worrying about your weight. Try to eat all the healthy FATTENING stuff you can find (Ice Cream, Cheeses, Pastas- etc.), and ENJOY your good fortune. Odds are- you're going to "fill out" alittle more anyway before you hit your 20s- so stop obsessing about your weight. Ditch the scale- and enjoy the Deserts!!! :)

If you wan't to obtain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over devour with junk meals. This will obviously makeyou fatter, and dangerous. But in the event you wan't to obtain muscle you are going to have got to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support placed of the load. You might wan't to assess out a few low cost CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter varieties of typical herb capsules to support aid the muscle tissues. I are not able to consider of any names of those varieties, however I do realize they exist, I've heard of persons taking them, and had well outcome whilst taken frequently.
