You are questioning the very core ethos of the medical profession. However the quastion is very relevant and worries a number of people. The only answer that I can offer you is:
Every doctor takes an oath to treat a patient with respect, care and in a professional manner. It is central to the medical profession
At the time of the operation the doctor has a huge and demanding task ahead of him. The patients life is at stake in many cases. He has to focus on the job at hand. There are a number of people present including junior doctors, assistants, nurses and and anaesthetist. This is the last place where such unnessary and distracting thought would normally confound a good doctors mind.
Perhaps your question stems from projecting what you would personally envision yourself to be distracted with. However I can reassure you that most of the millions of doctors working around the world consider the patients dignity to be above all other considerations.

While surgery is being conducted, ensure there is a female nurse / female attendant also present in the Operation Room when the male doctor is operating!
Any problems??

there are some ethics and morals of each profession
gender ( m / f ) , religion , cast , age etc does not come into the picture when the patient is on operation table.
the only relation is - doctor and patient.
and in operation theatre there is mixed group of doctors , nurses and attendants.
and the patient is totally covered except the operating area.

There will always be a female doctor or nurse to look in. Just to make sure. They arnt allowed to do anything without one. This doesn't apply to find things, but depends on the surgery or event

So what if? I think you need to add a little more to your question. If your asking about sex there are normally surgical technicians with them to help them preform the surgery there has always been three to four people in the operating room with me and I have had 12 surgeries in the past 7 years.

I'm not sure specifically what you mean, but if you're talking about a procedure that involves anything like the vagina or the uterus, you shouldnt worry. Whether theyre male or female, theyve made their job doing procedures like this and trust me when i say theyve seen things like this before...its a totally professional perspective, but im sure theyre will be nurses in the room too. They'res nothing to worry about...they are not there to judge, theyre there to help!

My dad was an MD, his office was on the side of our house, he would call my mother into the office (an RN) when ever he had to examine a female. My brother had made an intercom system for this, LOL, it was a door bell that led from the office to the house, 3 "Buzzes" ment "Get in here Marcy" LOL, "crude": but, effective, LOL, !
