Chronic or severe back pain, there are other little signs a doc. will look for, if you have indentations on your shoulders. poor posture etc.

I dont know the exact criteria - and I know it depends alot on which area you live in.

But generally you have to have a healthy BMI (or lose weight to get there before they refer you), and have to have at least 5lb taken away from each boob. It also goes in your favour if you have a history of going to the doc with back pain, or if you really play on the fact that your boobs are ruining your life.

if your boobs afect your confidence then they may consider a reduction go to your gp and explain why they affect you and ask if they can refer you to the breast clinic then they will give you a decision.good luck
