It isn't the joint really, feels like the muscle or whatever behind my knee aches really bad. Oh and just under my knee hurts...but if I wear heels, I don't have any pain at all. Is this crazy or has anyone else had this happen?

It is because you are working different sets of muscles while wearing heels. When you wear flats your body relies of a different muscle pair. That causes the pain. It sounds as if you wear more heels than flats.

The same thing happen to women who seldom wear heels; when they are on heels, their back muscles and lower leg muscles hurt.

Nothing to worry about though.

how often do you wear heels? I guess if you wear them all the time, it's not that weird that your legs might hurt when you wear a different kind of shoe. try to stretch it out and maybe vary it up a bit more, or just stick with heels, if that's what works for you!

i personally have an excessively top arch. and i really like wearin heels. it feels sorta bizarre however yu get used to it. if whatever you'll be able to get a heel with.. a platform at the ft so it doesnt suppose as even though you've got top heels. you'll be able to additionally get pads for heels. and stroll heel then toe. it appears higher/ feels higher ^.^

It's not crazy, perhaps you should speak to a doctor. Or try to get shoe inserts.
