What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.
How do I do the kegel exercise?
Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.
Though most commonly used by women, men can also use Kegel exercises. They are used to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle, which may allow them to achieve orgasm without ejaculation and perhaps reach multiple climaxes during sexual activity.[4] In men this exercise lifts up the testicles, also strengthening the cremaster muscle as well as the anal sphincter, as the anus is the area contracted when a Kegel is done. In fact, men should solely contract their anal sphincter to perform a kegel, and not the urinary sphincter. This is because the pubococcygeus muscle begins around the anus and runs till the urinary sphincter. Men should be patient when they begin kegel exercises as it may take 4 to 6 weeks to see a substantial difference. Women are able to add resistance to the exercise through isometrically gripping a hard object (such as a Kegel exerciser), or by compressing an object such as foam, but there are no known techniques that would add resistance to male Kegel exercises. Some believe[attribution needed] draping a towel over the shaft and lifting it does this, but any force possibly applied to the muscle in this way would be limited to the biological heritability of the penis' shaft to stay erect and resist bending, in a combination of blood flow ('hardness'), genetic construction, and tissue integrity. No serious scientific studies have been done into the 'bodybuilding' and strength-building of the member through this method, although a niche market definitely exists in the realm of penis enlargement, and various urban legends abound for (with groups dedicated to the propagation of) methods of strengthening and enlarging the penis through various methods of exercise and resistance.

U must planning to teach your girlfriend how to do this. Kegel muscles are for women to tighten the vaginal muscles. All you do is squeeze the vaginal muscles (kind of like when you suck in air) and hold for a few seconds then release, continuing to squeeze and release the muscles. U can do the exercises anywhere without anybody being the wiser. It does allow you to have more control over the muscles in the vagina if you do it long enough. All the best.

Well, it is true that Kegel exercises are for women, but the same muscle group exists in men. However there is a big difference, in women, the muscles are the same group used for stopping urine flow, which for a woman is something my ex-wife said was quite difficult after our son was born, She did Kegels to restore strength to the muscles stretched by childbirth. In men, the same muscle group does the same thing, tighten the pelvic floor, and stopping urine flow. So, practice by writing your name in the snow and don't connect the letters! For a man, nothing changes, but for a woman, especially after childbirth, it tones the muscles in the entire lower pelvic area, which means better muscle control during sex which means the guy gets a real treat out of the deal. Appreciate what she does for you even though it is her muscles which gain a benefit.

men and women both can do kegel exercises. what you do is when your urinating you stop in the middle of it and hold it and then do it again and again until your done. as you grow older those muscles start to relax and when you sneeze or cough or laugh you could sort of trickle urine out of your penis. these exercises are to keep your muscles strong so this wont happen. the only thing i could tell you about it making sex better is if your into tantric sex that is where you hold your orgasm i don't know much about it but i know it takes self discipline. hope i helped. ps kegels are very important for both men and women. ask your doctor or google it its good for both.

Um yeah confident the vagina can get loose. His penis can bypass limp appropriate? You surpassed 2 watermelon sized young ones via that element - i wish for you sake that it loosened up. sure, there are extra women people available who're far tighter than you're, to boot as women people who would have a newborn and it walk out interior the transport room. i think of that the bigger concern is that he had an affair and is attempting to make it look appropriate via saying that she delivers a extra valuable exhilaration journey than intercourse with you. it might desire to be that he in simple terms needed some thing distinctive and if so he needs to assert so. Im confident that the common of his intercourse has dwindled considering which you met him appropriate? It happens. Doing the ok-cises can and regularly help. I do exactly no longer why you're thinking your physique in keeping with a foul determination that he made.

Kegals are for women dude! Women do them so that men will have a sensation of not being able to get out. Kegals also help with incontinance.
There is a similar exercise for men. It involves "flexing" your member up and down. That increases stay power and can give you some controll over your climax.
