cyst treatment?

Hi I have a white ball on my scrotum its like a big zit i think its a cyst do u know what it might be and if there is any treatments for it thank you.

ALL cysts on the scrotum should be seen by a doctor. I can't stress the importance of this enough. Chances are it is just a sebacious cyst but it could be something far more serious. Other things a cyst on the scrotum could be are:
a boil
infected hair follicle
fungal infection
scrotal sinus ( a passage way that forms indicating a serious condition)
