yes! i am the same age and HAD that problem!
what works well is strawberrys and cream slimfast. they taste like frappachinos and are a good breakfast replacer. you need to eat fruit with it though i prefer black berrys and a bananas. also for a snack, a really yummy smoothie. add a cup of ice. bananas peaches blueberrys rasberrys blackberrys strawberrys(all fruit can be frozen too) and add in a splash of HEALTHY OR HOME MADE ORANGE JUICE and a splash of POM(antioxident drink) blend. its absoluley delicious. also at school, you can also have slim fast if you want(you can buy powder to go in a carton of milk, tastes just like fatteing milk but its not.FAT FREE MILK) you can eat it with a half a turkey sanwhich with mustard only. but if u want to mix it up, an ATTAIN bar tastes like a snickers and is delish. eat it with fruit of a little snack. for dinner only eat a little meat, like a deck of cards. also to speed ip the process if you read, or watch tv, do 10 SITUPS(MOST IMPORTANT for waist), squats and push ups, in between chapters or during commercials. also take hoodia to speed up faster. with all this good food who wants to break thier diet?

Yeah Im pretty much in the same predicament. I want a smaller waist. I weigh like 139 and am 5'7" and need to look attractive in a swimsuit. I just plan to go on a fast, to be honest. I cant run well, or stick to a diet, so purging and fasting are my only ways to loose. It sucks. But don't get me wrong, i am NOT saying you should to the same thing! Pilates is fun, and effective! I do it every night before i go to sleep. They have cheap DVD's at wal mart. Good luck with losing!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Sounds like the problem is not sticking to the diets. Do a web search for abdominal exercises. They are easy and will help you slim down - but watch your diet.

well if you stop eating rice, soda, coffee, meat, chicken and just eat lots of salad and fish you will most def loose weight..
i did this and also was taking trimspa and working out you will lose the belly in say 3 weeks and if you run at least 10 miles total a week.
