i have heard that if someone gets severly hit or gone through sever pain ,his mind stops receiving the signal of pain at that moment and atleast for a while he does not feel the pain. is that true , any body who has gone through such situation, please tell his experience

ok well it starts here well 2 weeks after my period while havin sex i started to spot it was only very lil like only when i wiped it lasted a few days then gone
then a few days before my period i had sex usein a condom everytime but it came off inside of me so everything in it was in me now its like 2 weeks since it happened n still no period but today i started spottin again but very VERY VERY lil
what is goin on i know im not pregnant am i
but mind u its not the first time i was late before

for the past few years i've experience wierd things before i go to bed. It happens rarely, about once a month or two. Before i'm about to sleep i feel that my whole body becomes paralyzed where i can't move at all or even speak. My heart races real fast which scares me to death and lately i've experience a loud ring in my ears which feels like they are going to pop. Sometimes i think i dream about this happening but i can't tell at times.Does anyone know what these symptoms indicate? please let me know.

I am disabled and me and my new husband want to have a baby:} However I have not had a period in over a year? I have a chronic illness but am ok to have Kidsa. I do take methadone as prescribed my pain specialist. Could this stopping of my period be caused by my medication or something else? I am 33years old . Could this be my medication or can a doctor start my period. This is concerning me if I can have a baby or not?

hi all. last week I developed an infection in my wisdom tooth which spread along my gum. went to dentist on monday after nearly a week of suffering (had it before and it cured itself) and was prescribed metronidazole 200mg 3 times a day. the pain started to die down after 24 hours and it's now 72 hours since I started the antibiotics and am on my last 2 tablets. My gum is back to normal now except for one white looking bit at the back of the wisdom tooth which is sore when I smile widely! do you think this is still infection or just pressure pain? my glands have now gone down after being very swollen and sore. I have an apt for tues to get it out but am worried that if there still is some infection they won't take it out there and then. should I ask for a few more days perscription? thanks!

I'm 25 yrs old and I have a hairy body, but the one particular region of my body that is bothering me is my chest hair... It does hurt but its very sensitive as if someones being pull at them it only periodically and I barely notice it sometimes but at other times I can feel them when I make the slightest movements. Its there remedy of some sort that someone could tell me about minus shaving.

I already have 14 injections of anti-rabies given since last December 13, 2003 till last April 5, 2007. My question is, with the injections I have, am I surely protected against the virus? How does anti-rabies vaccine works? In one lifetime, how many anti-rabies vaccine can a person tolerate? With the number of injections I had, is there a possibility for over dose? sometimes 30, sometimes 35. I am still nursing my son. When should I expect my cycle to return to it's usual pre-pregnancy 30 day pattern?? Or is it normal for it to change? Can you ladies share your expereinces? I was regular before my pregnancy (always every 30 days or so).
