yeah, my hayfevers pretty bad at the moment and it doesnt normally start til may. Apparently, its meant to be tree pollen around at the moment, but with all the warmer weather we've been having, everything's starting earlier, so it could be grass pollen already. Hope this helps xXx

Yes, we're all starting early this year because of the sudden up in temperature. Tree pollens are the worst and grass pollens are a reall nuisance just now. Have you tried a Homoepathic Desensitization for Hay Fever? Contact D M Harrison (Hons) BSc., M.R Pharm. S. at: Ffynnonwen, Llangwyryfon, Aberystwyth SY23 4EY or look on the website:(www.allergy.org.uk) first. You will need a bottle of Synergist to take alongside Rape 30 (for the yellow rape seed which is early this year); Pollens Mixed 30; and Grasses Mixed 200. Ideally this homeopathic treatment should begin at the end of February or beginning of March, but if you start taking it immediately, by next year you will be free of hay fever. Week 1: take 2 drops of Synergist for the first day only, followed by 2 drops of mixed grasses 200, once daily for 7 days. Week 2: take 2 drops of Synergist for the first day only, followed by 2 drops of mixed pollens 30, twice daily for 7 days. Week 3: take 2 drops of synergist for the first day only, followed by 2 drops of Rape30. Then from the beginning to the end of the pollen season take one dose of mixed grasses and one dose of mixed pollens once weekly. The doses need to be taken under the tongue and between meals. Perfectly safe, unlike some antihistimines. There may be a slight increase in symptoms for a couple of days, but nothing serious and this will stop. Have a look at the website: www.allergy.org.uk.

I'm not in the UK but the U.S. and my allergies have gone absolutely nuts this year. I started as early as Jan this year because of the warm spells we have had a few times here during the winter, and I don't usually start in until around the end of March. Well, here it is April and my allergies are still in pretty full swing because of the pollen counts being on the high side.

I get it too. It's probably tree pollen that you are reacting to. It's a good idea to start taking antihistamines early. I start in March.

i noticed my hayfever starting yesterday, which is unusual as i dont normally suffer with it till the end of may. probably something to do with the warmer weather and people out mowing the grass and doing there gardens making the most of the nice weather.
