The last couple of months i've been in a depression. I was crying for no reason, soo irriatated by the littlest things, and i've taken myself away from my friends becuase I guess im soo tired of being hurt by them all the time. I was on medication for anxiety/depression which didnt help the situation made it worse. SO I came off of them and i went and saw somebody for help! The last couple of weeks I thought I was coming out of this funk of mine and I went to the doctors and she put me on medication. I havent started them yet but this last week I've been alot more down, Drinking more .. I cant sleep with a damn .. and being soo easily bugged to the state where im crying over the littlest thing? What should I do ??? I dont know what to do ?? Any Advice ?? I really dont want to shrink back down into a worse depression again! Thanks in advance

I am 23 years old and I have been fighting depression for about 10 years now. I feel like many things in my life should be different, many outcome's I should've taken different route's and always find myself in this situation. I have a happy surrounding and shouldn't be like this, but it comes on a nightly basis and I dont share it with anyone.

Some people say that 'big boned' doesn't exist, that it just depends on how much muscle or fat is on someone's body that gives it the basic shape. But some people are very wide & large framed & aren't fat at all, so I don't get it? Isn't there a difference between being fat & big-boned?

My 75 yr old father is having pressures like these every day. Dr seems to calm when all Nurses and home health care people seem real concerned. Also has fluid around heart now and increase in urine. please dont hold back the facts.

Am I depressed? Lately, I've been crying in class for no reason, I feel as if I'm not wanted by my family and friends. There were a couple days where it got so bad I started crying because I wanted to die. Only one person seems to understand and I don't even know him very well! Am I depressed?

hi, my mom got her period when she was 12 my sister got hers when she was 12 and now i am 14 and never got mine!! I do have bad cramps sometimes that only last like 3 minutes then go away and come back later. I do get discharge also, i also have pubic hair, hair under arms, small (barely an) developing breasts, but no period!

I don't mean to be disgusting but I am very curious as to what this was...my guy and i had unprotected sex...about 10 min later i felt a rush of warm liquid discharge...I went to check to see what it was...my panties were wet but there was no color or smell...never had this happen before...does anyone have a clue of what this could've been...

i've recently just started working out on my treadmill. and i'm not talkin' about 30 min. a day i'm talking about 2 times a day 60 min. each. i've gained a lot mucsle in my legs but it's very painful. now i know that this is lactic acid. i just want to know how to get rid of this acid. and i'd also like to know how to work on my abs and my glutes but please give me easy exercises for i am overweight and not very flexible or that strong yet.

I am trying to get a breast reduction and my doc sent me a letter saying that before they can submit my pre-documentation, I have to submit documentation of 3 months conservative treatment (ex: therapeutic bra, chiro care, phys therapy...) Do you have any ideas on what to submit w/o actually going through 3 mths of treatment?

Right should killing me for 2 days. Went to Urgent Care tonight. Got a shot of anti-inflammatory & 'script for Vicodin, which I took 2. No difference whatsoever. Can barely lift my arm. Pain is really bad. I used pain rub creme, & took a muscle relaxer, too. No pain relief.
Anybody have a similar experience, or can offer some support?
