i've recently just started working out on my treadmill. and i'm not talkin' about 30 min. a day i'm talking about 2 times a day 60 min. each. i've gained a lot mucsle in my legs but it's very painful. now i know that this is lactic acid. i just want to know how to get rid of this acid. and i'd also like to know how to work on my abs and my glutes but please give me easy exercises for i am overweight and not very flexible or that strong yet.
