i'm trying to lose the last few pounds, but it just refuses to come off. i even gained 0.02kg today. (seems obsessive, but yeah) i just can't seem to go anywhere below the freaking 71.5kg zone. i go to the gym everyday, loose about 500cals day, but they just refuse to go off!
i'm eating really little for the last 2 weeks. just dinner basically. must i eat all 3 meals if i wanna lose the last few pounds?
right now, i'm 71.7kg. yesterday i was 71.5kg. 2 weeks ago i was 75kg.
my goal by this sunday is actually 68kg, but my eventual goal is 65kg.
can anyone help? suggest what i should eat, when i should eat. must i lose more cals?
