I want to lose about 10 pounds, and a lot of people say what to do is eat a small meal, like, really small meal, once every 3-4 hours to keep your metabloism up. I could, and will, do that, but I want to know how long I have to do that to lose 10 pounds. If you have any weight loss suggestions, that would be great. thanks.

I'm like the only Asian guy there, and most everyone there is bigger than I am.

I feel so self-conscious and I thought about not going several times, but I kept my head straight and continue going.

Do you guys have any advice for me to ease up on my self-consciousness?

Thanks!!!

I JUST WANT TO KNOW, how do YOU, THE READER keep a positive outlook on life. maybe RELIGION(tried it), SUPPORT GROUPS(tried it...AM, AA), etc. because i tried a lot of stuff already. Ethnic Indian food tastes better too, it just is really tiring to have to go in there and order and everything and pay almost twice as much, but maybe for my fitness and health it is worth it?

It was a purple lolipop, and tasted like berries. It made all the pain from my migrane go away. You can only get from a prescription, and some pharmacies don't carry it. You could take up to 2 lolipops and sometimes it made me feel light as a feather. It started with the letter A (i believe), and my new doctor can't figure out what it was. My old doctor moved out of state so I can't get a hold of her. My migranes are getting out of control again and that was the only thing that would work besides going to the hospital and getting shots in my rear end, which I hate!

Of course they're going to say vitamin supplements don't work, they can't make any money off of them, and doctors are nothing but pharmaceutical prostitutes anyway.

Yea, they're not quick to warn you of the many dangers of the plethora of poison pills they prescribe, but oh, those vitamin supplements....Unbelievable.

I'm 14 years old/female

Always tired (10 hours sleep, but craving sleep during the day)

Short of breath, when simply getting something from upstairs!!

My heart beats super fast in circumnstances not very strenuous

When simply going up/downstairs heart is beating so fast in my throat that I can see my neck pusling.

Leg/shoulder/arm cramps/pains? If that's anything??

Thank-you xxx

If so can you be generous enough to send me the actual diet? I don't have enough money to buy it and I would be so grateful to the person who would send it to me. I know ten points doesn't compare to the $27 you have to pay to get the diet but it's all I can give. Thanx in advance. Much love.

I have to write an argumentative paper about abortion. I need to argue for pro-choice, but I have to give the pro's and con's of both pro-choice and pro-life. I have a lot of information already from all of my source books and EBSCOhost Database. But I was just wondering how the people out in the world feel about abortion. Are you pro-life or pro-choice? What do you think are the pro's and con's of each? Do you think religion is the factor that makes abortion seem wrong? What do you think makes abortion a subject worthy of researching or arguing for? Thanks for your opinions ahead of time!!

Anyone ever taken Xanax, Lexomil, Valium, Ativan, or Klonopin.
Anyone who has taken them compare there effects to being drunk or buzzed. I have social anxiety and drink when I have to go to a crowded bar or party. I know the effects of alcohol are less inhibitions and I guess euphoria. Is it similiar with these medications?
