Ethnic Indian food tastes better too, it just is really tiring to have to go in there and order and everything and pay almost twice as much, but maybe for my fitness and health it is worth it?

There's nothing wrong with Subway if you order properly.

Indian food is a good option as it has a lot of the nutrients we need. I would reccommend not to eat it every day and to try to stay away from dishes with creamy sauces such as masala. Tandoori or tikka with some rice, veg and salad is a very healthy option.

No way, dude. A spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's rocks the house! Do a few more sit ups, it's worth it!
