Well I have felt for a long time that something is wrong- I often feel tired and dizzy for no reason. Sometimes when I am trying to concentrate I feel tired and find it really hard. When I am still a lot (studying, working on school stuff) I get dizzy and just feel exhausted. When I go for walks they tire me out. I often find it hard to concentrate on conversations and work because I feel so tired. I get more than eight hours sleep a night so that isnt it. I recently found out I have a very slow heartbeat (52-54 beats/min at rest) Could this be a reason? I mentioned it to my family and they laughed. I want to go to the doctor but im scared that they will laugh at me. I need to feel better now though because I have my final exams coming up. Could this be a possible cause or is it all in my head?

his blood pressure was 100/140 whn we first time monitored it but after cutting down salt intake it has stagnated at 90/135/140. He is 5-10 inches tall and weighs approx 73-75 kgs. Doesnt take alcohol , or smoke. Is an army officer so was high on physical activities earlier. But his dad has it..so could he be the target of hypertension too. We dont want to start medicines. He is having a herbal remedy and also doing a bit of yoga and long walks daily. Low salt..wld this help???

WARNING: The following will seem like I'm whining, but please hear me out!!

Due to a binge-eating disorder, I gained 10 pounds in 2 months. This new weight is unbearable and I want to lose weight as fast as possible. Before my rapid weight gain, I was pretty fit and exercised 5-7 days/week, but now I'm a slug. I'm on the road to changing my diet, but the exercise plan is "kerplunk". I recently starting taking up dancing again, but the class is only held once a week. I want to do at least the recommended hour of cardio a day! I have a treadmill at home that I DREAD because I hate running/jogging/walking. In the past, I was able to suck it up and work out for at least an hour, but now I can barely last 10 minutes, mostly because it's so uncomfortable to feel my fat jiggle around. Should I just accept that for now I can't go on the treadmill, or should I suck it up? My original plan was to wait until I lost some weight through my diet, then exercise.
