I've had lower abdominal pain for more than 24 hours, and it has gotten slightly worse in the past 12 hours? Could this be serious? What should I do?

I just got the birth control depro shot the other day, first and my last. after reading about it i dont like it one bit. the doctor failed to warn me about it. all he told me was i would need additional calcium.. which didnt seem like a problem.. but he didnt tell me it would take along time for it to get out of my system! Well how much extra calcium should i be taking ?

I missed two pills and had breakthrough bleeding, it showed no signs of stopping but wasnt heavy so after a few days i came of my pill packet (with 5 left in pack) so that i would get my period . i have done but it is still light and i want to know when to start my new pill packet. i finished my pack on tuesday which means that my last one should have been today??? thanks Its the combined pill logynon Also how affective will my next pack be?

I've been on the birth control pill for 2 months now, each time when i go on my week break my period comes exatly 3 days after i take my last pill, but both these periods have been quite light with mostly brown blood. I was on antibiotics for a week, but i didn't have sex during that time, or for a week after. I'm just concerned i might be pregnant, but i heard it may just be the pill changing hormones? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

i've build a set of abs..but why are there 3 squares on the left of my abs and 2 squares on my right,and when i flex i can see 5 squares on my stomach..such a case can be corrected by surgery only or other natural ways?But is it weird in the first place?

I've been taking the Yasmin birth control pill for five days and have been experiencing bad anxiety for the past two days. I have also stopped taking St. John's Wort, which I have been taking for the past year, as a result of going on Yasmin. The effects of stopping the SJW won't be noticable for about 2 weeks but I am concerned about the combined effect of the Yasmin with the lack of SJW. I have always reacted badly to any hormone pill, my hormones are pretty haywire anyway! I am dong a really high pressure PGCE course and am thinkng that this is probably not the right time to play guinea pig with my emotions/hormones. What does everyone think? Has anyone else experienced this anxiety and palpitations on Yasmin?

I'm looking for suggestions on making my hand stop cramping up in the middle of the night..its occurd everyday for two weeks. I'm a diesel mechanic and i'll get really bad hand cramps after about 3 hours at night... the only way to get rid of them is taking potassium and magnesium pills.
it wont prevent my hand from cramping up they only stop it while its happening... and wwill re-accure about every hour till i get fed up with it and just not go back to bed. i've been reading other related questions and im going to get a hand squeezer thing, to streghten my hand.. but, i'll go through about 4 or 5 pills of each.. potassium pills are 99mg and magnesium are 250 mg in a night, i wrap my hand in a heat warmer the best i can at night, nothing seems to be stopping my hand cramps.. what should i try?

I didn't work out today and I've got like this deep muscle crampy type pain. It kind of feels like I got punched really hard which didn't happen either. I don't think I'm dehydrated as that's the first thing I thought of and I drink a ton of water. Please this is a serious question.

I notice that for a week or more i think a lot about sex and am basically turned on easily. Then for no aparrent reason i feel like I go through droughts in my libido and dont think about it much at all. And for no apparent reason. I am not dealing with anything psychological that makes me this way. I just turned 31 and am male? Is this normal for guys our age?

Sometimes I feel like theres some foreign thing in the throat. I believe it is due to vocal stress and wrong vocal projection. I sing and chant alot. What will happen if I leave it alone? If I go for an operation will it affect my vocal chord (whtr by accident or after effect)? If it is removed, maybe my vocal chord will be reduced by half as it is on half the vocal chord. I saw the pictures taken. My vocal chord is a tiny white kidney shaped object. Half of it is dark red. ENT surgeon said it is a polyp. Lets say if my vocal chord is reduced to half, how will it function after that? Can I still sing or speak normally? Is there a danger to the vocal chord during the operation?
