Hey, it will take hard work and dedication to reach your goal but its possible. I'm 5'6" 137lbs and bench 275. I also have a very high metabolism and after 2 years of training I reached this 6% body fat. Remember when lifting, its all about form, just cause you can pick up a heavy weight and swing it around doesn't mean that its the proper way, and doing it wrong can cause injury. There is no quick solution to gaining quick, but if you're willing to go long term, you can see quick improvements in 6 months or more. For food, I eat anything I want, I do not follow a regulated diet because of my metabolism but, taking protein 40 mins before work out and after workout helps build muscle. Remember do not go taking pre-workouts and creatine without a lot of research.

Eat alot of carbs and chicken ....

anyway, the real answer is to go to gnc and buy those weight gaining/protein shakes.
