is there a way for a female to predict when a guy is going to "pre c*m?" also does it always come out before he has sex?? is it true guys can't feel it coming out....

All of my friends say I'm the greatest advice giver with all their problems, because even though I am opinonated I still can look at things from other people's perspective.

Anyways, I need to learn how to practice what I preach. My cousin was loosing weight quickly and I basically told her what she was doing to her body was wrong but still deep inside I would starve myself for a couple of days to loose some pounds.

Althought I cant, because of hunger pangs and because I know too much, I know the consequences.

Does anyone have any advice for me? Basically I give out advice but I dont take my own.

I am 16, I pretty much realize I have tongue-tie, so I can barely stick my tongue out of my mouth. Is this going to ruin any chances for being able to kiss or make out correctly? Advice other then surgery?

on tuesday i got this throbbing headache that i have been waking up to everyday since then but it would go away as soon as i would take pills. But since then my eyesight has been crazy, i cant even read a book. And befor this i had 20 20 vision.... Whats going on????????????

I have been with my boyfriend for three and a half years. Every aspect of our relationship is perfect except for the fact that he gets really painful chronic migraines. He has been to the best neurologists possible- tried all treatments-everything possible and nothing has helped to make them go away. They get better with medicine but not always. When he is in so much pain he is a different person. He isn't able to talk so he doesn't answer his phone, ignores me, I know it's not under his control but how he acts when he is in so much pain really hurts me, I am just a really sensitive person. I try to be as understanding as possible but sometimes it is just really difficult. Has anyone gone through something like this? Do you have any advice of how I can cope with him being in so much pain and the effects it has on our relationship?

We love each other very much and breaking up is out of the question. I just need help with some coping tools. Any serious advice is very much appreciated.

I've never set out to intentionally hurt another person, but I know that that doesn't make it ok that I have hurt someone very close to me, not physically, but emotionally. Because I lied to this person while I was ridiculously drunk, he went through 11 hours or more on a search for me in another state, at homeless shelters, police stations, alleys...etc., and all of this because I was a drunk lier wanting attention. I've been drunk before and know that I turn into this horrible creature, but I've never done anything this heartless and hurtful before, I hate myself and know now that I can never touch alcohol again. I don't know how I could have worried him and hurt him so much. He thought that maybe I could be dead. It was horrible what I did. I made him think that I was suicidal and that is an unforgivable act. Can you please give an honest answer and tell me something you've done that you regret the most and feel guilty for. I feel so alone in my pain and need forgiveness.

I went to the Dr. and they said I have Strep on top of that my lymph nodes are swollen so bad I have a tripple chin & it is getting worse and worse.
is there anything I can to to help with the pain. I was given medication and I am alos taking Tynol. The pain is unbearable please help!

I'm a Police Task Force Detective. Which means my team gets called out when there's real danger. I got shot in my arm and my left butt cheek in a Narc raid. Since then I haven't been able to 'GET IT UP'. I'm only 31. up my life big time. In this day and age when people buy themselves into deep debt, I have the opposite problem-an inability to spend money. Spending even on the most basic needs like food/rent create massive anxiety. And I don't spend it on anything else. It isolates me tremendously. I have an inkling of some of the childhood traumas that have created this, but I am overwhelmed with anxiety. It is bizarre-some people use shopping to ease anxiety. Shopping for me, even for underwear is a nightmare. Needless to say this has quite an impact on my life. Any suggestions for this money monk?
Anyone else relate? How do you deal with it. Don't say see a therapist-I'd go in a heartbeat-if it was free! However...
