Men lubricate when they are aroused, just as women do. In men, it's referred to as pre-c*m, but it is lubrication. Men who know their bodies can tell when they are about to ejaculate, but not necessarily when they are lubricating, not without seeing it.

As a female, can you predict when you get wet? Can you always feel it? Pre-ejaculate in a man is the same thing and has the same function as when you get turned on and get wet.
Pay no attention to TOUGH GUY. I'm sure he has been reported many times over by now, and is probably very sorry that he has been so obvious about letting everyone know he's really IMPOTENT. (It's jealousy coming out, I'm sure....you just hit a nerve is all).

The female can predict when pre c um will come out, It is likely to come out any time he is excited, mostly just before he pops off. It is a lubricant but it also clears the way for the semen and sperm and sort of sterilizes the urethra of any trace of urine to give the sperm a better chance of living. The male can feel the wetness after it is out.

There is no way to predict when a male may "Pre-***". Its just that when a woman gets a guy so sexually excited, that when stuff does actually happen, He cant help but to spurt a little something out.
Pre-***, is the clear liquid that comes out of the penis right when sexual activity is about to occur. Precum also helps to lubricate the vagina just before intercourse. Pre-*** is also another form of sperm, but precum doesnt necassarily mean that once it gets inside you, your going to get pregnant.
And, Actually yes, a guy can feel it coming out of the penis when it occurs. This usually happens during masturbation or some other form of oral activity.

the term is pre-ejaculate and it's for lubrication and it's for changing the pH of the urethra so that is not a chemically hostile environment for the sperm to come.
It will always come out and the best and safest assumption would be that if an erection is present or soon to be present then pre-ejaculate will be present also.

Pre-*** is the lubrication that male penis discharges when erect. It comes out in infrequent drops right from the start of erection. It contains no sperm, and men to not feel any separate pleasure.
