Usually you feel very itchy, often have a white discharge, and it hurts when you pee. You're supposed to see your doctor if you have these symptoms and you've never had a yeast infection, because it could be something else.

Use 100% cotton underwear *only* and wear skirts as much as possible. Going commando is even better (no underwear at all). Eat lots of yogurt with live cultures.

get a pap smear done it will show if you have a yeast infection. as well if you do the doctor will wright you medication. for it usualey. flagel. is what they wright for this. ????

if you've never had one before, you need to be evaluated by a doctor. visit Planned Parenthood or your doctor. the symptoms can be the same as STDs.
