I have a friend, but it bothers me to see this. Do think it is lazy the fact that he doesn't try in gym, won't go downstairs for food and has his mom bring the food up, he has his Mom drive him to the busstop, and he refuses to go on long bike rides and complains the whole time that he wants to go home and play video games. Oh yah! and hes fat and asks his mom to get wendies for him every day and yet when his mom comes back he is even to lazy to go get the food, his mom brings it to him.

im really really really really confused because some people say that it does stunt your growht and others say you can benefit from it

okay here is whats in my mind right now and please comment on it ok?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=GrowthHormone

the site above tells that anaerobix exercises stimulate growth hormones. and anaerobic exercises include weight lifting. so in short, he is saying that wiehgt lifting helps you release more growth hormones right?!?!?!

also a friend of mine told me that SOME weightlifting exercises do stunt your growth, these exercises include lifting vertically.

conclusion: so now what im going to do is go weight lifting but I WONT lift vertically so ill choose which is which.

ok so is there something wrong? if so please tell me because i really want to grow taller and i dont want this to turn out a big mistake. so is it ok for me if i do that?

I know an anorectic (someone suffering from anorexia nervosa) who said she lost 40 pounds in 2 months by not eating and doing about an hour of jogging a day everyday. Is this possible? I was anorexic--well, on and off--and I lost about 20 in 2 months....but of course, I ate and binge-ate at some points.

The anorectic is quite slim now (she's recovering).

I have a lot of allergies and getting allergy shots for almost a year now. The shots I have for grasses and trees are making me really sick and the nurse doesn't wanna give them to me anymore. This is the second time that I've tried them and both times made me sick . It's making me angry cuz I'm spending money for this stuff and I can't use it. I think that cuz they are giving me what I am allergic too, that I should be feeling something ? Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do about it or is there anything I can do? I don't want to spend more money on this stuff. I've spent $518 on serum already in just a year

Can anyone help? My bf has been having throat problems since October last year. He sometimes feels as though his throat is closing up and finds it difficult swallowing. He went to his GP and he was given depression tablets without an examination! So he decided to go to A&E and see if a doc could help. They did tests on him and they all came back clear. They then referred all his info back to his GP who was not happy that he went over his head and told him that he was no longer welcome at the surgery. He's enrolling with another surgery but has to wait 2 weeks before he is on their books. I hate seeing him like this and knowing there is nothing I can do. It eventually subsided and has now came back again. The whole time he had problems swallowing he didn't eat anything for 21 days. I am concerned. I would be grateful if anyone could give me an opinion on what they think thats causing this, your help will be appreciated.

Hi.
Im on depession tablets and have been for a while.
For a few years now I have been finding it really hard to stay awake.
When i drive home from work I fall asleep at the wheel momentarily. (Not good I know)
When I come home I just wanna lye down on the couch. If I do I fall asleep within a minute.

Is my depression the cause of this or may I have another problem?
Thanks
