I just developed panic attacks and i fear that im going to die. I been having them for 3 weeks and about 4 times a day lasting 4-6 hrs everytime. It feels so bad so i want them to go away. Also the deep breathing makes it worse. The panic attacks seem to worsen right before i laydown or as im trying to fall asleep.

Im looking for ideas here because the Dr.'s haven't been able to figure out what is wrong with my husband.

This has been going on since last September. He will get headaches pretty much everyday and only get maybe an hour break during the day when the headache isn't as bad, but is usually still there.
They pretty much always start in the back of his head on the sides and travel upward. There are sharp pains along with the severe headache.
He does not get sensitive to light or sick. He pretty much always has neck pain with the headaches.
We do not think these are migraines, but have no idea what is going on!
Today he pretty much wants to die because it is so bad. He says it feels like his head is going to explode.
Can anyone please give me some ideas of what the heck could be going on??

I have posion ivy. I got it over the weekend. My freinds thnik they can get it from me. I already took a shower since then and washed all my clothes that i wore that day. So can they get it or not? I say you cant but i could be wrong. Could they get it wen it ozzes?

What does the future hold for sufferers of anxiety (social, generalized, panic), in regards to medication? Right now, the main medications that are prescribed are SSRI's and anti-anxiety agents (Xanax). For many sufferers of anxiety, including myself, these medications offer little in the way of relief (xanax seems to offer only short term relief and has problems with dependency and withdrawal). Do you think they will come out with more promising medications/therapies in the near future (next 20-30 years)? Or will the current medications still dominate?

My hubby and I are debating which route to go. What are your opinions and experiences with either one???

I am 7 months pregnant with our 2nd child, we have a 2 1/2 year old boy and a girl on the way. My hubby doesn't want any more kiddos, and I am not sure either way... Of course being a female and having the mother instinct I would love to have 10 kids... But realistically, we can give 2 children a wonderful life where as 3-4 would be a little difficult financially... So really we don't need any more kids, but I am afraid that I will want another in a few years... But with a tubal, the decision to have another will aready be decided... same as with a vasectomy.. We are 23 and 24 years old, so I am wondering what your opinions are about it. I am scheduled to have a c-section, so it would be the best time to do it if I were going to... But which one is a better choice?? Why?? and do they hurt?? either one of them?? I just need outside help, as I kow this is a huge decision...

I have gone out on several dates and thought that he was just full of life a jolly big spending guy when actually on date #3 he began to act strange. He drank alot. I had trouble getting him to focus on what I was saying. Then drove off drunk and left me in the parking lot (i refused to get in the car with him). He later confessed that he is bi-polar, apologized to me. I really do not know what to do. I like him alot...i am actually questioning why i like him so much...do i really know him?? He has become very attached to me and I to him.

I am really paranoid. I live with my parents and my brother, and for as long as I can remember, I've been convinced that every time I leave the house they will go into my room. I am super territorial about my room. Sure it is messy, like any teen's bedroom, and there is nothing for me to hide. But I am so protective of my room that I have gotten into serious fights about it. I don't know why.

Also I am always scared that they will hack into my computer accounts. I know they have keylogger spyware on here, and they can find stuff even if I clear the history and delete all cookies. Again, I don't have anything really to hide, but I am so frickin' paranoid!

This paranoia not only gets on my nerves... I sacrifice really important things so that I can sit on my stairs for hours to make sure they're not going to go to my room, and I refuse to leave the basement when they're down there so that I can be sure they'll leave my computer account alone. Sometimes I even get so paranoid that

Do you have a problem with wetting the bed and what age are you? I tend to wet the bed about once a week and sleep with a plastic mattress protector under my bottom sheet and also wear a full nappy type pad (diaper) most nights (the protector is for if I are not wearing the pad. Does anyone else have this problem?

Well, this might sound strange, but here it goes! I have to go to sleep every night wearing my retainers. But sometimes in the morning, I wake up and the retainers aren't in my mouth, but at the end of my bed!=00 and the retainers DO NOT come out that easily! Can someone explain this???

When does facial hair for males stop growing? I mean, what is the general age when you've got as much facial hair on your face as you're ever gonna get?

I'm 20 and I get alot in the sideburn area, a little bit on my chin and patchy growth under my chin but none on my upper lip or on my cheeks.

Is this as much as I'll probably ever get or is there still time?

Theres so many anti-anxiety herbs out there and some even come in combinations. How would an herbalist or ourselves know if we need a combo or a single herb?

For example, for individuals who have panic attacks, there are so many different combos out there...#1 is Valerian, Hops, Chamomile...#2 Valerian, Kava, Hops, just to name a few....and the singles of course come in the names listed above.

Hi, I'm a 15-year old male, I'm 177.5 cm tall (5'10") and I'd like to know if I'm gonna grow more and how much.

My weight is 81 kg (180 lbs approximately); My dad is 183 cm (6') tall and my mom is 168 cm (5'6") tall.

My family on my dad's side is taller than average (my grandpa was about 190 cm - 6'3" - tall and my uncle is 187 cm - 6'2" - tall) but my family on my mom's side isn't very tall (my grandpa was only 170-172 cm tall - about 5'7-8" - and my grandma is only 160 cm - 5'2" - tall.)

I wanna know if my height is proper for my height, if I'm gonna grow more than what I already have and how much if possible.
I'm aiming for 6'2" but I already know it's too much too ask but if you have tips on what I should do to reach that height please tell me.
