I'm a 20 yr old male and i have had spots on my back for years now since i was about 16/17. I shower every day but they do not go away so i was wonderign if anyone had any ideas what this is and how to get rid of it?

Some fellas just have spotfor a bit longer than others dont worry they will go by 25

You didn't say enough about them. Are they light brown, red, black, are the tiny like specks or a half inch? where on your back? There are a lot of details that are needed to know what they are. Here's some info that may help you narrow it down.
